| This garage was probably the only truly Central London garage located in Gillingham Street (hence the GM code). The 137 was allocated here for many years which I always thougth was odd as it did not pass Victoria, and there were plenty of routes that never had a GM allocation which would have been a better choice than the 137 thus saving the cost of an inspector at Sloane Square. |
