| The garage is located in Ponders End and indeed is described on the destination blinds as PONDERS END Enfied Garage. The garage was unusual in that a trolley bus turning circle was in place for Routes 627 and 649. Mainly known for local Routes, the exception being the 107 which in the heyday of the sixties went right through to Queensbury. When the local trolleybuses were converted to motor bus operation our garage played a big part in the new operation. The garage is now under Arriva London North management. |
