NEW ROUTE replaces part H40 and then new roads. Originally the route was to start at Strand on the Green but owing to local objections this never happened.

DR116 has a makeshift blind comprised of the old H40 showing Gypsy Corner, but full marks for trying. Due to late delivery of the low floor Darts, the DR type were used in the first few weeks as witnessed by 283 livery DR119
DPK621 emerges from the Caxton Road stand, showing traces of the 49 display on the blind Duck livery DPS662, is seen in Ducane Road approaching Old Oak Lane
